Origins

Beijing Yueying New Women's Growth Promotion Center (hereinafter referred to as Yueying Center) was officially established on February 5, 2018. It is a civilian-run non-enterprise unit registered with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs under the supervision of the Beijing Women's Federation. The predecessor of Yueying Center was the Women's Leadership Research Institute of Dandelion, initiated by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Jiu San Society Women's Committee in January 2014 and operated by Beijing Renhe Huili Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
