The Dandelion Research Committee periodically conducts research on hot issues concerning women, with "Technological Literacy and Women's Leadership" being the first research theme. The aim is to understand the current state of professional women's technological competence and to empower women's career development. Through 740 valid questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 15 high-level executives from different industries, conclusions were drawn that include "technological competence helps enhance women's leadership and serves as a 'bonus' for female leaders; women with higher education and middle-to-high-level management experience can 'hold their own' against men in all aspects of technological competence, even slightly outperforming them; women tend to be more open and flexible than men in accepting new developments in the tech field." These findings serve as guidance and inspiration for women, and a professional research report was published on Dandelion's WeChat public account. Additionally, the Dandelion Research Committee has initiated research on campus safety, stereotypical impressions of women, and the framework for building happy families in the new era.
