(1) Dandelion Women's Leadership Program Project Manager
1.Responsibilities:
●Organize and implement various recruitment and teaching work of the Dandelion Program
●Manage Dandelion class and administrative services
●Dandelion Program market expansion
●Other tasks assigned by Ying Center director
2.Requirements:
●Age 35-50, bachelor's degree or above, no major limitations
●Experience in training project management and training product marketing promotion
●Strong copywriting and process management skills
●Strong coordination, overall planning and communication skills
●Careful and responsible, strong planning and execution capabilities
●Proficient in Office software, PowerPoint and Excel
●Passionate about women's development cause, NGO experience preferred
(2) New Project Development and Marketing Manager
1.Responsibilities:
●Assist Ying Center director in project info collection and annual project expansion planning
●Government and corporate project proposal writing, bidding, agreement negotiation and implementation
●Dandelion leadership training new product development, student recruitment, marketing promotion and training implementation
●Other tasks assigned by Ying Center director
2.Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree or above, no major limitation
●Experience in training project management and marketing promotion
●Strong coordination, planning, communication and detail-oriented capabilities
●Proficient in Office software, strong learning ability
●Experience in different types of projects such as government, corporate preferred
●Passionate about women's development cause, NGO experience preferred
