Dandelion Program


The Dandelion Women's Leadership Enhancement Co-building Program (abbreviated as "Dandelion Program") has held 15 sessions, with original women's leadership quality assessment system and customized leadership courses from a female perspective.


The recruitment for the Dandelion Program targets women aged 30-45 with management experience and professional accomplishments. Women at this stage are energetic and daring to forge ahead, climbing up their careers, but the more excellent they are and the closer they get to important positions, the more likely they encounter the career "glass ceiling". On one hand this is related to gender inequality in society, but on the other hand it is also related to women's lack of awareness and ability to enhance and exercise leadership. After extensive research, Ying Center designed the women's leadership quality model, and developed the women's leadership assessment system based on the model. Each applicant undergoes assessment and is issued an assessment report. Designed from a female perspective, the Dandelion three-stage learning model.
