Women's Federation Cadre capacities Improvement Project
In 2020, DWLA successfully undertook and completed the Daxing District "Women's Federation Cadre Capability Enhancement Project." Guided by the principle that value inspires willingness, and willingness fuels motivation, the project aimed to increase work effectiveness. Centered around the theme of women's values, it aimed to strengthen the comprehensive abilities of Daxing District Women's Federation cadres, allowing them to exude elegance and confidence from within.
The project organized quality improvement training for Women's Federation cadres, focusing on broadening their horizons and enhancing their overall abilities and standards. It targeted various levels of officials within the district, including Women's Federation cadres in town and village offices, including full-time workers, and community Women's Federation officials. Tailored to the specific needs of different types of officials, the project executed four specialized training sessions, such as high-end perspective training, Women's Federation publicity work in the new media age, and grassroots official document writing with case analysis. These efforts directly benefited over 200 individuals, fostering the growth of core Women's Federation members and elevating their quality and effectiveness in serving women, children, and grassroots communities.
Within the Daxing Women's Federation project, an oratorical refinement initiative was also implemented. Themed around "Honoring New Women," this part of the project organized a speaker selection competition and provided extensive coaching to more than 20 selected speakers from the district's Women's Federation. Experts were invited to provide training in scriptwriting and speaking skills, helping women officials confidently showcase their charm on stage, thus enhancing the focus, penetration, and emotional resonance of their speeches. It celebrated and promoted the grace of women in Daxing, ultimately creating an influential "Gold Medal Speaking Team" that encapsulates the spirit and influence of women in the region.
