Establishment Motivation

    The Dandelion General Group Construction Professional Committee was established as a 12-member self-organized team to better serve the mission of Dandelion's development and to create a small team that allows greater integration, interconnection and cohesion between seeds of each class.

    The first term members of the professional committee are invited from outstanding dandelion seeds who are willing to devote energy to substantive work for the development of women. Here, we learn and grow together, and hatch dreams beyond our own jobs.

Main Responsibilities

    1.Produce dandelion daily motto: Produce motivating and thought-provoking quotations for the group's daily motto, to study and encourage together.

    2.Organize online activities: Maintain the daily online vitality of the dandelion general group, plan and implement an online activity theme every month, and organize everyone to participate in online themed salons.

    3.Organize offline activities: Plan and organize offline activities, assist the administrative group in venue design, tea breaks and meal arrangements.

    4.Administrative work: Responsible for the daily documentation management of the professional committee, and keep records such as debriefing after each activity to form standard archived documents.
